We use your account details, contact information and service address to manage accounts, requests, bookings and support. Exact booking contact and address details are shared with the selected provider after acceptance.
Application evidence and booking attachments are private. Access is limited to the relevant account holders and authorized staff according to their role. Public profiles show approved professional information and eligible published reviews. Optional marketing consent is separate from essential service messages.
Use Account & support to request access, export, correction or deletion of your information. Financial, dispute and audit records may need to be retained to meet contractual or applicable legal obligations. Requests are reviewed before protected records are erased.
