Choose a service, location and available provider offer before submitting a request. A request becomes confirmed only after provider acceptance and the applicable payment conditions.
Read the agreed scope, exclusions, appointment time and total before submitting. Materials, parts and extra work are included only when expressly stated. Additional charges need your approval. Keep booking changes and important conversations in your account.
You are responsible for accurate contact and access information. Providers are responsible for performing the work within their approved scope and assessing safe access. Raise a concern through the booking support channel if the work or charges do not match the agreement.
